What is the most affordable area to live in Cherry Creek?

Properties South of 1st Ave tend to be more "affordable" then those between 1st and 6th Ave. If you are okay being just outside of Cherry Creek, I would suggest Congress Park or the Mayfair/Montclair areas.

It depends on your definition of affordable! Their are a lot of different communities in and around the Cherry Creek area. If you are interested in Purchasing a home I would be more then happy to assist you.
