Nice family neighborhood

I've lived on and off in the area for about 5 years. It's a quiet, peaceful, and safe neihborhood with many amenities nearby. Some are even walking distance. There's gas across the street, a McDonalds on the same street, Safeway across the McDonalds, Starbucks...Full review

Neighborhood Parallel to El Camino

This great north/south street begins at the area's shopping street on 25th Avenue and offers an easy way to get to Hillsdale Shopping Center, various schools, and at least two distinct neighborhoods. It also provides access to 'The Lanes', a network of cul-de-...Full review

“Great soccer field on nice street.”

- progolfer
There is a great soccer field across the street from some houses on Lincoln Avenue. I used to have matches there when I was a kid. The area is still used for youth soccer matches and individual games....Full review

“The home of the late great Bay Meadows.”

- markahorn
I hate to say it but this area of San Mateo is kinda of like a graveyard of sorts. It is the home of soon to be destroyed Bay Meadows race course. This great track was home to all of the equine stars...Full review
