StreetAdvisor - your street, your voice

I lived in this street for several years. It is a nice neighbourhood except this psycho family always imagine my dog bark. They keep bothering me and lying to the police without any evidence. On the other hand I have hardcore evidences shown they were having hallucination and lying. I believes in Karma and believes one day will get to them. They need to be responsible of what they said and stop playing this stupid game and seek for psychiatrist for help. Anyone in this area have the same problem?? Please share.
