How is Hancock Street between Bedford and Nostrand?

That's a really pretty brownstone block. But I'm sure you're wondering if you'll be chased down the street by an axe-wielding maniac if you go there... No you won't. My girlfriend lives about a block away at Bedford and Jefferson. She never mentions any concerns about personal safety. I recently saw one of my Clients (I'm a Broker) for who I found a place on this exact block. She was still perfectly happy with the apartment and neighborhood. It's a great location actually. Close to express A C trains at Nostrand and C train at Franklin. Easy access to Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Manhattan. And great deals on apartments.
