This Old House gave North Mayfair this distinction in their March 2010 magazine. FYI, the area has Foster Avenue on the north, Lawrence Avenue on the south, Cicero Avenue on the west and Pulaski Road on the east. It now has official signs proclaiming it a bungalow district. A real honor for Albany Park is that in order to win this award, these neighborhoods must be in communities that support them.
