hidden away in the heart of Ballard; with Swedish Hospital on one side and Carter VW on the other, nobody seems to notice our quiet little section.The area is basicly small offices, apartment building rentals, & an increasing amount of condos (it is Ballard,after all). It's quiet and clean, and walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, etc. And it's a block away from the metro stops for north/south AND east/west.
