Convenient, loud, obnoxious street in Hipsterville (with easy Metro access)

This is an awesome street to live on if you don't want to be encumbered by relationships, or are a barista in downtown Seattle, or would never think of killing the planet by owning a car, or like to go out to Thai/Mediterranean/Nepalese four times per week, or want to buy your tomatoes at a Co-Op, o...

Not yet discovered inner city

Even though it's changed in the 4+ years we've lived here, Beacon Hill is still seemingly undiscovered between Georgetown and Mt. Baker. We could use some more small retail, and definitely some places to eat/drink, but it's a quick drop down the hill to Georgetown, the ID or up to Central/Cap Hill....

Great place to hang out and visit, not the best place to live.

Food ranges from low-quality/low-cost to good-quality/low-cost to high-quality/good-cost. Has a plethora of coffee houses and bars/pubs and has three movie theaters on and one off The Ave. Has a number of choices of pretty much every ethnicity of food, often even on the same block, and even has two...

A little pocket

hidden away in the heart of Ballard; with Swedish Hospital on one side and Carter VW on the other, nobody seems to notice our quiet little section. The area is basicly small offices, apartment building rentals, & an increasing amount of condos (it is Ballard, after all).
This street practically dead ends right into the Parks and Recreation Trail that weaves around the lake.
Street with a great view and great loaction

This street is a great place for mid-sized families with kids of all ages. It's right near a school, so it'd be perfect to walk there. Not only that, but in the summer, there's a beautiful view of the lake and it is easy and quick to get there for swimming, sunning, biking, or hiking.
Great street with nice-sized homes

This is a pretty small street with only about 10 homes on it, but it really is great nonetheless.
Great Living Near Great Restaurants

While the houses on this street are not huge, they are a great size for a two-three kid family. the homes are located very near a lake with swimming, beaches, and biking trails as well as some great eating joints.
If you're on 1st Ave NE in Wallingford, you'll be very close to Dick's Drive In and Kabul...two very different meat-eater havens. (To be fair, Kabul does have vegetarian options, it's just that the lamb is SO GOOD!)

The houses are modest and very cute.
I highly recommend traveling down this street when in town. Many great places to sopt and eat at. There are also parts that you can stop at and walk out to the water. It is very nice and looks great at sunrise or sunset. I could gaze off ino that distance for a long time.

This street runs along the West Seattle Golf Club. This club has very pretty grounds and lots of pretty scenery. You can also find some camping grounds the south side of the course. We stopped by and checked them out. Seemed like a nice place to stop and set up camp for the night.

Very pretty drive all year with plenty to look at.
