The street is loaded with Garden Apartments ideal for young couples just starting out.
It is rather off the beaten path in Staten Island with parking available in front of the apartment.
Shopping is at a distance and public transportation is not one of the conveniences readily available.
Driving on Staten Island is worst than in New York City and can take longer to get around than if you live in the city itself.
