Big Bend has quick access to Highway 270. This area has recently had alot of growth of business. There are several bar and grills and a bowling alley at Big Bend and Dougherty Ferry. There are a lot of subdivision and apartment complexes located on Big Bend as well as a Community College. The only down fall of this area is the high volume of traffic.
