Attractive street with new curbs and sidewalks. Neighbors keep yards well groomed lots of big trees and flower gardens. No home owners association enforced bland, generic homes here. Very individualistic and attractive 80 year old Tudor Revivals, just off historic Ward Parkway. Lot's of involvement by neighbors for beautification and improvements. Kids and parents out playing in groups weekly and block parties monthly during warm months.

All-in-all a vary satisfying home owner experience-after 9 years I have no plans to leave.
