Terrace is just off of thriving 39th Street of the 39th Street West neighborhood. Lots of delicious local restaurants and a cute local shops. I highly recommend this neighborhood for singles, young families, and people in general who are looking to invest in their neighborhood. The houses aren't as pristine as a lot of suburban neighborhoods, but character is huge here! If you're willing to put in a little elbow grease to see a beautiful neighborhood grow, then this is the place for you.
