Peaceful street in the heart of the city

Park Hill is one of the most historic and beautiful neighborhoods in Denver, and Eudora is right in the middle of everything. It's close to the new, Stapleton development, so you get all the benefits of the shops and restaurants without having to live in a house identical to your neighbors'. The p...

Quiet neighborhood, close to very busy street

This street is very quiet despite its close proximity to Colfax. Walking distance to two major grocery stores, banks, restaurants, other amenities. Three blocks to Colfax bus stops that serve downtown area. Several parks within walking distance as well. Nice community, fairly quiet. Mostly single p...

urbane sub urban

This is a suburban neighborhood in an urban setting. Parks surround it. Hawks, eagles, coyotes, foxes, and deer show up at the skateboard park. Views extend from Pikes Peak to Mt. Evans to Long's Peak. Traffic is low. Crime is low. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife are nearby.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything!

I grew up a couple of miles from here and that was a nice neighborhood, too. Pretty much all of Lakewood is nice. I like it here because the neighbors are respectful and quiet, kids can play outside safely and there's a ton of stuff to do close by. There's a huge natural park right across Wadswor...

The perfect Urban neighborhood, close to shopping, movies, restaurants and Downtown

Wonderful experience, compares to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive on a smaller scale.
Eclectic in homes and style, upper income, cutom homes, condos, townhomes, row houses. No trac homes.
The most elite shopping in Colorado, called Cherry Creek Shopping Center, features Nordstroms, Saks, Neiman Ma...

A wonderful street for a healthy lifestyle!!

Forest street is located in the Park Hill neighborhood in Denver. Just a few blocks East of Colorado Blvd. and north of 17th Avenue, Forest street is a quiet beautiful location. Large trees line the quiet streets and envelop the lovely homes. The classic homes are inviting and charming.

Just a...

Wash. Park and Sushi Den; how could you go wrong?

The old south Pearl street area is one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. 10 minutes from downtown, 5 blocks from I-25, and 2 minutes from Wash Park. Real estate prices are average+ and most properties are clean and elegant. This generally holds true for the Wash. Park area.

The really cool thi...

What a view, what a street, we love it

We moved in in March 2005. The first thing that attracted us was the view: beautiful and large panorama of the Rocky Mountains. The park for our kids is in front of it, the small lake provides a 30 minute easy walk for our dog, our kids and us.

The street is very calm and in the spring and summe...
