Point Loma Boulevard has a lot to offer you with its small shops that sell some ver ynice stuff at a cheaper price, and good quality food. This does not mean Point Loma area is cheap, on the contrary it is rather expensive place to live in as it is on the shores of Pacific Ocean. From a higher spot in the area, you'll see the ocean. It's breath-taking. The first time I saw the Pacific from Point Loma, I was like WOW!

Like many other places on the shores, you can find a cheaper rent if you really seek it out well, and enjoy the ocean breeze all year around. The other thing I liked about the Point Loma Boulevard most is that it has too many small places like coffee shops, fast food, and small shops everywhere. You really don't have to look for them and waste your time. I also noticed that many of the places around the neighborhood are owned by Asians especially by Indian people.

Ocean Beach is the closest public beach area if you were on Point Loma Boulevard if I am not mistaken. Like I said earleir, you will find many small shops selling souviners with local famous names such as Cabrillo. I would recommend the place for families wit children, however I have not have any personal experience living in the neighborhood.
