If you want were a place not many traffic goes through and the kids can play out front where you can see them. This is the place you should look at, and not only I have visted this neighborhood/street of wonderful houses, I meet my wife at on this street. Its is a nice area that has trees and little traffic so you could send the kids outside to play. Not much dogs but alot of people walk there dogs in the area, but the owners do have there plastic bags if the dogs go on your lawn.
