I'm a Realtor in the area with Keller Williams and I look at houses every day. I love living in downtown Madison. I think Madison does a good job of acting much bigger than it really is. There's are a number of great cultural experiences would typically be found in larger cities. The downtown has a great urban feel to it with ton's of stuff always going on.
