About Me

Full time Real Estate Professional having served the western Philadelphia Suburbs and northern Delaware for 25 years.

First licensed as a salesperson in 1989, I became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 1994. I hold sales licenses and appraisal certifications in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.

I specialize in Buyer and Seller Agency with a focus on exceptional customer service, and carry a unique perspective bringing over 20 years’ experience appraising property for major lenders, tax appeal, and property settlement.

I moved to Pennsylvania from Delaware in 1984 and have enjoyed all that this region has to offer including its’ many Boroughs and wide open spaces. My Wife and I are longtime supporters of The Brandywine Conservancy, The Natural Lands Trust, and The Chester County Hospital. When not working I enjoy hiking the many area preserves, activities with the Brandywine Valley Ski Association, and volunteering for Thresholds of Chester County at our local correction center. I am very proud to be affiliated with the nation’s most respected brand and our regions market leader, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox and Roach Realtors.
