A consistent top producer in the industry, Susan was “born into the business”, having followed in her parents’ footsteps. This longtime family history has uniquely allowed Susan a broad understanding of the diverse and constantly changing market, something that few Realtors ever experience. Knowledgeable of both residential and commercial real estate, Susan has worked side by side with builders, from land development through the construction and sale process. Susan’s former study of psychology has enabled her to understand the emotions her clients contend with while selling or purchasing property. This ability has been instrumental in her high level of repeat and referral business. Susan’s clients are the first to recommend her to others, knowing that their referred client will be in good hands and well taken care of. After taking some time off to enjoy her children while they were young, she decided to go back to do what she loves. Formerly having worked the Middlesex County market, Susan relocated to Mercer County and now services both areas. In 2002 she joined the team of ERA Princeton Corridor Realty as a full time sales associate. Within her first year back in the business, she qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. acquired ERA Princeton Corridor on April 1, 2004 and resided with them for 8 years and now has decided happily to make a change to Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors. Susan has been one of Long & Foster's top agents, again qualifying to be a member of the NJAR’s coveted Circle of Excellence. In 2004 and 2005 and 2011 Susan reached the Gold level of this club, a level only achieved by a small percent of all Realtors in the State of New Jersey. Susan is a member of the Garden State, Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth MLS’s and is able to provided unparallel services throughout the area. A member of RELO, she is also able to refer her clients nationwide.
