Steven obtained his real estate license and found that real estate had a natural feel to it, combining the day to day hands on experience learned in the hospitality industry with real estate. I've been able to provide buyers and sellers with a first class level of service that has led to a strong referral business. I have a strong background in corporate and internet marketing systems, a leader in internet supported marketing campaigns along with very strong marketing systems geared to bring maximum exposure to my listings. My’experience includes marketing in the Fort Lauderdale market for a fortune 100 company, and as a Sales Manager at Toll Brother’s Frenchman's Reserve golf course community in Palm Beach Gardens. In addition, my systematic approach has positioned me to be the recipient of numerous and constant buyer referrals through his accreditation as an *Accredited Buyers Representative, *Senior Real Estate Specialist, *Membership in the Counsel of Residential Specialists, * Florida Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and formerly a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker. I continue my pursuit of real estate excellence by continual investment in education. I am a licensed Broker Associate in Florida and a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. In the past I have earned award winning recognition for sales accomplishments including a professional achievement award from the Jupiter Tequesta Board of Realtors, outstanding sales achievement award from Sunvest communities and the coveted 100% club award from Re/Max as well as a 4 time Executive Achievement award from Boca Executive Realty.
