My clients are my number one priority, because I want them to refer me to friends and family. I care for my client's needs and meet and exceed their expectations. I have the experience and the know how to maximize my selling client's real estate assets, and my buying client's purchasing power.
I utilize a broad Marketing strategy that employs over 16 websites, including Realtor.com.
For my Sellers, I establish an initial Market Position up front that is based on current market conditions, a comparison with previously sold comparable homes in the area, and my client's specific needs.
For my Buyers, I determine their investment strategy, the area in which they prefer to live, all of the amenities they want in their home, the time frame they want to meet, and I search until we've found their dream home. Then I negotiate, with their input, to insure that the final price and condition of the home meet their objectives. I follow through to closing and beyond, because I want you to look to me for your housing needs. Whether it's an Annual Market Analysis to keep track of your home's current value, or a referral for any number of different craftsmen, who provide for your home's continuing functionality and appearance.
