I must say, for a neighborhood in transition, this one is not bad. It sits just off a major highway that has commercial property adjacent to the neighborhood. Due to that fact, there is considerable noise and trash associated with the bar and convenience stores nearby. Undesirables occasionally ramble through the neighborhood heading to the bar. This gives a slight feeling of insecurity. Also, some of the people living here don't take care of their house/yard, which makes the whole neighborhood look bad. Traffic could be better, but not until the people cutting through are eliminated. Again, it really is not a bad neighborhood, but it could be better with better neighbors.
