-A former financial professional, Sandy Aoieong understands that a great future comes from making a great investment. Her extensive finance background convey and fuel her ability to make sound decisions, her knowledge of market fundamentals, and her keen negotiating skills that help clients reach their own investment goals. Prior to lending her seasoned qualifications to the world of real estate, Sandy worked for Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and other financial service firms for over a decade. Doing so leveraged her experience in banking, finance and consulting, enabling her to now competently assist clients in the real estate market.


-Having traveled throughout Europe, Asia and North America, Sandy is highly sensitive to the importance of quality of life in the homes we choose to live in. She also strives to give her clients the utmost attention, respect and honesty in serving their individual needs and helping to make their vision a reality. Sandy, who was raised in and a resident of Hong Kong and Macau, speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, plus has a basic knowledge of Portuguese. A former Somerville resident, and a New Yorker since the 1990s, she graduated from New York University with a B.S.degree in Finance, and studied Real Estate Finance Law at New York Law School. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys photography, traveling, natural landscaping and being outdoors. She is also a member of New York Cares, involves with elijah's promise, United way networks and loves helping people.
