Patty Cunningham

About Me

Having lived in Chester County for the past 35 years and raised her family here, Patty loves introducing people to this lovely area or helping others sell their current property when they have to leave. With a degree in computer programming and a BA in French literature, Patty has been an IT manager at IBM, worked in retail, pharmaceuticals and been a French translator, but she found her passion in real estate. A top producer with numerous industry awards, Patty believes in education, for herself - she has a number of real estate designations - and for her clients. "Most real estate transactions begin very early with questions. My job is to answer the questions and help people see their way to whatever comes next in their lives." With her secondary passion of art, her motto is "The Art of Real Estate". Patty tries to make every transaction smooth and her creativity is key in finding solutions to the many issues that can arise.
