About Me

I am happily married with one son (a US Marine) and have been living in Bucks County for many years. I graduated college in 1974 with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Newark College of Engineering. Subsequently I earned a Masters in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology. I was an Engineer, Sr Engineer & MIS Manager in the corporate world for about 15 years. I then moved into sales and became an entrepreneur, cofounding a company that developed and marketed telemarketing software systems (ie: Predictive Dialing) that were used in the banking, telemarketing, fund raising & market research arenas. We grew and ran our business for 6 years, finally getting into the black in our 5th year. At that time, we decided to sell the company to a Dutch firm, ending up working for them for several years. My responsibility in this business was primarily as the Sales & Marketing VP. While having this business, I, with a partner, studied the real estate industry and invested in a number of townhomes which we successfully rented out. I became fascinated with and a student of local real estate. At this time, I thought about real estate as a career for the first time. After my contract had expired with the Dutch Company that had purchased our company, I decided to look into real estate as a career. Real Estate has proven to be fulfilling and rewarding ever since. I particularly enjoy helping clients successfully attain their real estate goals. I have grown my business almost entirely from referrals from satisfied clients. My ongoing goal is to provide the best professional service possible so as to become my client's trusted advisor and friend. I have been fortunate to have grown in this business very rapidly and earned the coveted Chairman's and Top-of-the-Rock sales awards.
