Joe Emmerling

About Me

I have been a full time Real Estate Agent since 2005, serving all over South Jersey.
I grew up in Collingswood and was a member of the 1980 graduating class. Afterwards I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. I went on to be a loan officer for a number of institutions over the next 18 years. Mostly changing jobs due to one bank taking over another bank. In 2005 I decided to enter another field and chose Real Estate
I am married and have 2 sons. When I was 1st married, I rented for 1-1/2 years in Barrington before buying a home in Haddon Heights. We stayed in Haddon Heights for 9 years before buying a home in Mt Laurel for another 9 years. Finally in 2008 we moved to Haddonfield where I reside now. Needless to say, I am very familiar with the local areas.
