JoAnn Massengill

About Me

JoAnn Massengill is a lifetime resident of the Main Line and excited to announce that she is a new member of The Joanne McBride Group (Luxury Home & Relocation Specialist). Joanne is the number one sales associate in the Rosemont office. Her team is a part of the legendary Berkshire Hathaway/Fox & Roach Realtors company located in Rosemont.



After college JoAnn moved back to the Philadelphia where she enjoyed a successful career at North American Publishing in Philadelphia Pa. After ten years as Sales and Marketing Director, she left her position to raise her three boys. Her desire to stay active in the community led to committee work for various charities and was especially dedicated and involved in the Parents' Association at The Haverford School for many years. Her other passions include: decorating, flower design, and staging. Jo Ann continues her design business at CoCo Design Studio in Devon Pa. and is a Certified Staging Specialist. Her love and knowledge for home decor are a perfect compliment to helping people accomplish their real estate goals.
