Jennifer Greenawalt combines her love of art and architecture, historical building restoration and design with her background in business and the arts to offer clients a value added real estate experience. Jennifer is a highly creative and hard working real estate professional. Her education and career accomplishments give her a significant edge in ensuring that clients meet their objectives, whether buying or selling. She has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. Jennifer’s marketing and communications skills enable her to develop and execute customized strategic plans for clients. Her strong negotiation skills help her ensure that clients reach their goals at settlement. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional with the ability to conceptualize, design and stage various settings, resulting in clients maximizing their property value. Jennifer grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and returned to the Main Line in 1997.
