Working in the Real Estate Industry for the last decade, my expertise in real estate staging has given me a true understanding of what the general buying public is looking for in houses listed on today's competitive market. I am able to assist sellers in preparing their homes to outshine all others currently on the market, create value, develop a stratgic marketing plan and get them sold -- quickly. I am also able to help buyers really narrow in on what they are looking for in a house and find the home they have always dreamed of living in. My experience in working with homeowners has enabled me to really listen to their wants and needs; to guide them through the sometimes daunting process of buying and selling real estate with professionalism, compassion, enthusiasm and integrity.
