About Me

Jeff “City” Block, Esq. earned the
nickname “City” because of his passion for everything Philadelphia. A lifelong
Center City resident and Temple University graduate (Temple and Temple Law
(both cum laude), Jeff was honored with the Five Star Overall
Satisfaction Award for 2010 through 2014. Jeff is one of a select few
5-year winners of this honor, which is awarded to the top 1% of real estate
agents in the greater Philadelphia area in overall client satisfaction
(completely blind, independent survey).In addition, the City Block Team has
been awarded the 2012 and 2013 PREA 100 awards for both sales volume and units,
