About Me

My name is Janice Brown, and I am a Real Estate Agent with Prudential Fox and Roach in Moorestown. A highlight of my real estate business is assisting clients and customers in successfully selling and buying real estate. Due to the challenges presented to the real estate industry by the economy, sales associates must truly stay "on top of their game" by constantly keeping abreast of the trends, economic indicators, and the many automated tools, while at the same time maintaining a sensitivity to the individual concerns as well as dreams of those who rely on our professional services. I continually strive to increase my skill competency while providing quality services to my clientele. Having retired from the US Department of Army, with 34 plus years in Federal Service, predominantly in the area of Human Resources Management, I entered the real estate industry, having already in place, many of the core competencies, needed for a successful business. These skills and competencies were developed from experience and various training modules which included: Extensive Leadership Training; Communications Training; Technology Training; Conflict Resolution; Interpersonal Relationship Skill Development; Sensitivity Training; Negotiation Tactics; Strategic Planning After entering the real estate industry I have continued to build upon my skills and competencies with training imperative to remaining knowledgable of the many facets of this industry. I have obtained a Shortsale Foreclosure Resources (SFR) certification which adds value to the services that I provide to my clients. In this state of economy, I provide pertinent information to home owners who are facing foreclosure of their homes and or shortsale transaction. I have also obtained more than the required credits for Continuing Education in order to maintain my real estate license. I love South Jersey, and I have a great desire to see communities thrive, not just survive. I have been involved in community based organizations such as: Neighborhood Crime Watch; Homeless to Independence; Church Community Outreach I am passionate about being a real estate sales associate, and consider it my mission to assist you in realizing your dreams; whether you are buying, selling or investing in properties. I am a real estate sales associate who will add value to your experience in selling and or buying a home.
