About Me

Dyanna joined the Ruggiero Development Group and Tropea Communities in 2001. In her current position she is responsible for sales, advertising, marketing, branding, customer events and consulting for the company’s building and real estate brokerage. Headquartered in Glen Mills, Pa, Ruggiero Development Group and Tropea Communities is a premier developer of single home, townhomes, condominiums communities and commercial properties in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Florida. Dyanna’s dedication to environmental responsibility has led Ruggiero Development Group and Tropea Communities to donate hundreds of acres of open space and parkland to local communities. The company utilizes conservation group land planners in site development projects, and was recognized for this initiative by the Delaware County Conservation District. The company’s Independence Court at Queen Village project has revitalized the city blocks between Christian, Queen and Swanson Streets with 50 upscale, semi-custom homes. The project is scheduled for completion in 2009.
