Warners Avenue

"The best of beach living and privacy, in one"

Warners is great because of its proximity to the beach, while being nestled on a block thats away from the bustling tourist scene on Campbell Parade. Next to Ben Buckler, it's probably the most desirable part of North Bondi if you value accessibility. I train for triathlons and spend a great deal of my time outdoors, so it's perfect for me. I live across from the Bondi Public school, home to the Sunday flea market, giving the neighborhood a nice dose of realism and community.

Hoover Dr

"Classic New York Suburbia"

I grew up on this street to recall many a fond memory today. It's a great place to start a family, and one of the premiere residential areas in Presidential Heights, as its known. Great for morning runs down the peak of Hoover, enabling you to view the mountain ranges and hazy purple sunsets of the Hudson Valley. Good schools, and convenient access to Route 17. The only drawback, like most of suburbia, is that nothing is within walking distance for sure, but even with a car, you're looking at a handful of decent restaurants in Middletown, outside of generic chains.
