About Me

Born in Havertown Pennsylvania, my parents had a dream to raise their children at the Ocean City shore. By the age of 5, with both an older brother and sister, my parents packed us up and moved to the Gardens section of Ocean City. I completed my schooling in the Ocean City school system. When I moved off to college the average value of a single-family home in Ocean City was $165,000. Soon thereafter, I graduated from Rowan University in Glassboro with my BA in Communications. When I returned home the average single family home value had risen to $500,000! Business in my hometown revolved around tourism, real estate and construction. I decided then that I was going to get my real estate license. I began my career in real estate in 2004 working as an assistant to a Realtor at the Prudential. I came into the business when the market began to soar. My experience has been extremely enlightening and I have had the invaluable opportunity of meeting fantastic people and families everyday. I am currently working in a Realty Partnership with my father, Lawrence Watts. I love the real estate business. I look forward to helping people find shore homes but also in helping them make great investments!
