With nearly 26 years of experience as a Realtor, Ann has built a reputation as an honest and knowledgeable expert in the local real estate market. Ann earned her Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 1990 and her CRS designation in 1995-a title held by less than four percent of the agents in the United States.
She was honored at Prudential Fox & Roach's "Breakfast of Champions" for outstanding sales performance and named to the company's President's Circle in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002, and Chairman's Circle in 2003. She is a member of the Chester County Association of Realtors (CCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) ,Seniors Real Estate Specialist( SRES) and the Real Estate Buyer's Council, Inc. (REBAC). She holds a bachelor's degree from Cabrini College.
