During my past working history, I have had the pleasure to work for Hilton Hotel Corporation, Sheraton Hotel Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide International for ten years. With Hilton and Sheraton, I was Director of Front Office Operations for 500 room hotel and 440 room hotel respectively. At Wyndham, I was a Franchise Service Manager entrusted with maintaining a consistent dialogue and proper implementation of Sop's to over 199 franchised properties. These experiences gave me valuable insight into understanding the customer and catering to their concerns and needs. I have brought this insight into my business model and have benefited from it, immensely. Real estate has given me the opportunity to use these tools and earn a living doing so.
