"Noisy and cheaply built"
The Ridges at Belmont Country Club are poorly built townhome-style condos. We rent a unit and continue to be amazed at the shoddy construction. The wall are paper thin and the many shared walls ensure you are never at peace. Our neighbors are absolutely horrid: loud parties, late night laundry, uncontrolled dog barking, and shoveling snow from their driveway to ours. I would never buy a place in this complex and will not renew our lease. Stay away unless you want to relive your college dorm days.
