Rural living going on here. Quiet. Lovely. Colton Schools, Molalla Area services. Just a few friendly folks live on this road.

"Runs along historic Mill site. Safety Corridor."

Only a short rural distance and runs between Hwy 213 and Hwy 211 in Mulino. Milk Creek and the Molalla River are at points viewed from this road. The Feed store as well as other points of interest are located here. Please be mindful that it is a safety corridor. Mulino's Hamlet sign located on Union Mills road.

"Long term residents, Sweeping Rural views. Beautiful!"

This country road meanders around nicely kept fields. Views. Located at the foothills of the Cascades, you sometimes you get a view of these also.
