Are there a lot of homes in the Olde Stage neighborhood and is this a great time to buy there?

Personally I like many of the homes along Olde Stage and think it is a very pretty part of Boulder. You are in the foothills, but just minutes from downtown. Based on the recent stats it appears to be a good time to buy in Boulder. Demand is up, Supply is down, and rates are great! One concern some people will want to keep in mind is that Olde Stage does get traffic and the impact this may have regarding pets etc.
