What Do You Think of the NYC 311 System

I read an article somewhere about NYC's 311 system. I used it quite a lot when I lived in The Bronx. I had to use it as I had to complain about noisy neighbors.

What has been your experience with using the system?

@Uraniumfish I think hhusted is refrering to the city's information service -http://www.nyc.gov/apps/311/. I havent much used it myself except to check the amount of sales tax charged in the city etc.

@Uraniumfish: 311 is the number to call for information about the city, what is going on, how to get information about something in the city, and to file complaints. It is always being advertised on billboards, in subway stations, and on 1010WINS.
