The Dark Side of Sunnyside

I just read a story on NEw York Daily News that people are hogging municipal parking lot spots in Sunnyside. Here is the actual story:

It appears a main shopping district has a lot of parking problems. Do you live in such an area? Or do you go to the store in that area? Do you have trouble finding a parking spot in that area?
