Staten Island Block on Ice

According to the news recently, one block in Stapleton is iced over and residents have been calling for a while to find someone to do something about it. There have been plenty of cars skidding out of control when hitting the dangerous sheet of ice. I believe they said the street was Sands St but I can't confirm that. The city came to investigate and claims the problem is due to a leak in the water pipe.

As they say about anything else, they will get to it as soon as possible. Their motto is that if no ones life is in serious danger, it will have to wait.
