Roosevelt Island Tram Shut Down for Repairs

In case you live on Roosevelt Island or know someone who is, access to the Island by way of the Tram won't happen any time soon. The Tram has been shut down till September for a major overhaul.

Obviously, this will mean more crowded subway stations and delays until the repairs are done.

@hhusted I think Roosevelt Island is mainly occupied by people who work at the UN. Its a pretty dismal neighborhood though I think it is only served by the F line of the subway. So that line will see an increase in traffic for sure.
