I'm a huge fan of Hell's Kitchen Flea Market - they've got some absolutely fantastic stuff on there. Bazaar Sabado is another good one I'd recommend - 54 Greene Street, New York - (212) 431-4607. I love scouting "finds" - from fashion to furniture -on a Sunday morning/

I think I will check out Bazaar Sabado. It really sounds like a fantastic place, especially if they have cheap stuff.

I've definitely mentioned the flea market in Hell's Kitchen before: http://www.streetadvisor.com/new_york/forums/hells-kitchen

I'm also a fan of the Brookyn Flea: http://www.brooklynflea.com/

And here is a great resource for NYC flea markets: http://newyork.timeout.com/articles/own-this-city/76381/nycs-best-flea-markets

I was just at the Brooklyn Flea and it really is a nice one. A lot of items that could be described as Brooklyn chic, and the prices were not too bad--though also not dirt cheap.

Anyone know where is a good flea market for vintage clothes specifically? Something like the Marche Aux Puces in Paris or Porta Portese in Rome?

Nope, ajadedidealist. But if I run into one, I'll pass it on to you.
