NYC Snow Removal Budget

I heard from one of the sanitation guys that NYC does not have the money for snow removal like they did last year, but yet Bloomberg required all sanitation works to work overtime to remove the snow, so I'm not sure what is true or not. I do know one thing, sanitation does work hard to get the roads and side streets clear for people who need to drive. That is a good thing. They try to stay right on top of things.

By the way, I found out that sanitation is not the only department that removes snow. NYC also has a contract with another couple of snow removal companies that help clear the snow. And I thought NYC's budget was out of control.

Hey! How about not so many new topics, but keep to the ones already created unless it's a completely new idea, okay? You could have just put this under the "NYC and Snow" topic you created only a couple of minutes ago.
