NY Crane Operator to be Charged with Manslaughter
I read today in the NY Daily News that the NY crane operator that was responsible for the death of two workers in an upper East Side disaster nearly two years ago is going to get manslaughter charged.

Do you think the charges are enough for what this man's crane caused? What do you think?
According to the article, he is the first one to be charged for deaths that occurred by crane collapses. Perhaps this will set a precedent and let other crane owners know they can't get away with having faulty equipment.
