Handicapped Accessibility in Apartment Buildings
Does anyone live in a building that provides access for handicapped people, like those in wheelchairs, in this city?
I know the building I live in does not. There is no way for a handicapped person to live in this building, since there is no access point.
Does anyone have that same problem?
