End of the Line Walk

If anyone is interested, there is an end of the line walk schedule for Sunday, March 7th at 9:30am.

This type of walk will let you explore life at the end of the subway line. You will begin in Harlem, at the end of the #3 line. Then you will walk up to the Bronx and through Van Cortandt Park following the John Muir Trail. This is if trail conditions permit. Your walk will end at the D train, Grand Concourse. The entire walk is about 12 miles. The walk will be steady, except some hills that will be in the path of the walk. If it rains, the walk will be canceled.

To participate in this event you will meet at the SW corner of 147th St. & Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. You can use the #3 train 148th stop.

For more info you can call leaders Jack or Liz at 1-718-478-2430 or 1-347-586-6933.
