"Good balance between urban and suburban"

At one end of this street there are a lot of shopping centers, and easy access to the freeways and tollroads. At another end of this street is a wooded area with a lot of residential homes. It is a good balance between being urban and suburban, with shopping, movies, and entertainment very close by, but beautiful old homes looming in the distance.
