"This neighborhood is the best of all worlds."

Wyola Road in Santa Barbara, California has the best of everything a family could possibly want. The best schools, the best restaurants and the best coastal community. This neighborhood is wonderful for people of all ages. The Santa Barbara Golf Club is nearby as well as the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Excellent for families, singles and seniors. Just minutes from the ocean.
