"Nice but expensive neighborhood"

I briefly lived on Wyckoff Street in the Cobble Hill neighborhood. It is a really nice area but unfortunately becoming more and more pricey. It is fairly quiet but at the same time has a lot going on. There are plenty of nice shops, restaurants, and parks in the area. There are a lot of young professionals and young families. This is a very safe area, transportation is good, and it is an easy commute to Manhattan. This is a nice area with a lot of historic buildings and just a nice neighborly feel.
