Edens South vs Fairhaven

Which is the better dorm? I know that Fairhaven is closer to the Science buildings, but I've heard better reviews about Edens South. I am transferring to WWU (I'll be a Junior) and I would like some advice on which one has the nicer environment. What are rumors are true about the buildings and what aren't.
